We have arranged a special guest speaker for our next social meeting on the 30th May (next Thursday) at our clubrooms.

A long standing member Mark Harris has recently completed a ride they called the Male Bag Ride, which involved 26 blokes riding postie bikes from Perth to Melbourne.  A total of 4600km.

This was to raise money and awareness of Men's Health.

Mark will have a photo and video presentation of the event.    So if you can please come along for what looks like a great presentation and a night of socialising

ORCC Erica
Results for the last ORCC round at Erica are on MyLaps.
Results are posted at  http://www.mylaps.com/en/events/897111
Progressive series results are attached to the end of round 3 and thus don’t include Erica.
Great round, wore most riders out, but unfortunately with most tracks being used for the enduro the J0 and J1’s didn’t get much of a ride.
Scooter news has a bit of a report and for those who don’t get Scooter news via e-mail then get on board and send Steve an e-mail and subscribe, its free.

The VORC Junior Enduro is on this Sat if you can help please call Alan Bernhard on 0409 148 973.
The club needs control, special test people and sweeps from 8am to 2pm.

Rosebud XC

For off-road riders competing in VORC Corner Inlet latter May Rosebud & Distr MCC is holding a Cross Country event 19^th May at the Rosebud MX track.
The XC loop will be using some of the MX track, a bit of bush and a bit of grass track.
You can enter on the day, just download the entry, fill it out and bring it with you.
1 day licences available.

It will be a good chance to hone your sand riding and grass track skills as the terrain is very similar to those found at Corner Inlet/Headley.

ORCC Next Round
Next round of the ORCC is Wilhop Gully at Bonnie Doon on Queens Birthday w/e Sunday 9^th June.
This event will be a XC and the way the weather is going we might just have a dry Wilhop Gully for a change!
Entries will be out early June.
J0, J1 and some J2 will have their own track and will be able to ride all day with supervision.

The club has working bees planned for 1^st and 2^nd June and 8^th June at the property.

Bring your bike as you will get in some riding as well.

MOTORCYCLING VICTORIA OFFICIALLY RECOGNISES NATHAN ALLEN

RECOGNISING Officials is part of Motorcycling Victoria’s ongoing efforts to reward and acknowledge those volunteers who put so much into the sport of motorcycling.

Official’s duties throughout Victorian Championship events are many and varied and they have the important responsibility to ensure that race meetings are conducted in the safest environment possible for competitors and spectators alike.
